Moving Forward Working with Partners

Moving Forward works with many partners to deliver specific projects to meet the needs of vulnerable young people. Through Service Agreements, Moving Forward delivers services for partner agencies including:

• Kent County Council
• Medway Council
• Connexions Kent & Medway
• Rainer 16 Plus
• Supporting People
• District Council’s Housing/Homeless Departments
• Local Authority Leaving Care Teams

Moving Forward provides two supported housing projects, one of these in partnership with a Housing Association, GCHA. Both accommodations provide intensive support, including evenings and weekends, to 6 young people living in either bed-sits or self-contained flats. These projects meet the needs of young people struggling with their first move into independence.
