Accessing Breakthrough Services

Breakthrough is a free and confidential service. Children, young people and parents may contact us directly for advice and support, but other agencies or GPs may also make referrals.

In some areas we operate school clinics which offer one-to-one support for the young person and/or their parents where support can be offered around issues concerning education or home life.

Contact your local Breakthrough office to see if a session is operating in your area.

Alternatively, the form below can be completed by external agencies, parents or even young people wishing to make a referral into the services.
