Making Your Views Known


  • We attach a great deal of importance to listening to your views on any matters relating to the service you receive from us. You can make your views known in a variety of ways, from talking to our staff on an individual basis, or by contacting us to arrange a group meeting. We hope you will feel free to make your views known.
  • We strive for continuous improvement in our services, so if you have been pleased with the service you have received from our staff they would welcome your comments.
  • Should you feel unhappy about any aspect of the service you have received, please talk to one of our Department Managers who will investigate the issue and respond appropriately within 24 hours for urgent matters and within 7 days in all other circumstances.
  • Wherever possible we try to resolve issues satisfactorily as quickly as we can. However, if you still have a concern please contact the Director Services at the above address, who will acknowledge receipt, investigate it within 14 days and respond to you within 28 days.
  • If, in your opinion, we have still failed to resolve the issue please write to the Chief Executive at Bridgewood House, 8 Laker Road, Rochester, Kent ME1 3QX.
