KCHT Supported Living service is a new service to KCHT delivering support services to 500 older people living in 16 Bexley sheltered housing schemes.We are delivering the services in partnership with our colleagues in Bexley Council, who commission the service, and London & Quadrant Housing Trust, who manage the housing.
Within the supported sheltered housing schemes, the high quality personal support we provide enables people to have choices and live as independently as possible within the community.This support may include help with accessing benefits and other health and social services, acting as an advocate to resolve problems with other agencies, and daily calls to residents to ensure that everyone is well.
We are pleased and privileged to be a partner with our colleagues in the Bexley Council and London and Quadrant Housing Trust in delivering this important service.
