If you are aged 16 – 25 and live near to a Moving Forward project then please call or attend a drop-in: The Keyworkers will be able to give you advice and offer you support on how to access benefits. Sometimes, they can also help with giving you some food and there will always be the offer of a hot drink.

Otherwise if you are under 18, drop-in to your local Connexions office who will advise you on how to access benefits. If you are 18 or over, telephone Jobcentre Plus on 0845 603 2953.
