Firstly , don't panic or confront them as this will put them on the defensive.

Who will you need to tell if I make a disclosure to you, will you tell my parents?
That will depend on the nature of the disclosure but usually we will talk to social services and encourage you to let us speak to your parents or carers.

No, we keep conversations confidential.
